  1. I was laid off last month too and can completely relate!!! I was trying to view/make my job a ‘bridge job’ and it was such a struggle every day, it was exhausting! I had no energy at the end of the day for the people in my life or things I enjoy… I was dying a slow spiritually painful death. So, when I was laid off, I was so grateful to the Universe for removing the burden of constantly trying to figure it out… adapt (mould myself into someone else),or find something new. After a month, I’m still relieved but I also feel somewhat guilty and don’t quite know where to go from here. Financially, I will eventually have to do some kind of work but for now, I’m still trying to detox from the misalignment of the past 4 years and just enjoy my days at home! Thank you so much for discussing this with us!!! ❤️

    1. So good to hear from you, Jacqui! 🙂 It makes total sense that you’re feeling lots of conflicting emotions about being laid off, and yet it’s kind of a relief when the Universe makes a very clear choice for you, right?? I’m glad you’re out of that place that drained your soul every day, and I trust this is making way for something that’s much more aligned. But it’s normal to feel a bit uncertain and nervous in the in-between. Glad this episode was so timely for you!

      1. Good to hear from you too Kristen… although truthfully I hear from you all the time, lol!

Yes! I feel like being laid off was a huge gift, with a big red bow on it for me. This episode was great timing for me… like Jamie I also feel like I care too much, too much for the corporate world that’s for sure! My kids know, “I just feel a lot”! 🙂
I also hope that Tracey will know that she is not alone. I think we can give ourselves permission to appreciate the gifts we receive from the Universe, even if they don’t ‘look normal’ on the outside. <3

        1. I love that multiple of the Dear Krachel questions were relevant for you this time! Perfect timing, indeed. 🙂

As someone who “feels a lot” (I can relate!), I think you’ll also love the reminder about what it means to be a Highly Sensitive Person in the latest episode we just re-released! And yes, it’s definitely not always easy to be a sensitive person in corporate America!
