One of my (hello, Rachel here!) favorite minor, almost forgettable little moments from the Harry Potter books (don’t act like the rest of you Millennials aren’t HP fans) is when everyone finds out that Hagrid is half-giant, and he shuts himself in his cabin because he’s so ashamed.
Dumbledore, being the best and wisest wizard ever, basically tells him, “If you’re waiting to come out of here until the criticism stops, you’ll be in here a long time.” And while I didn’t exactly turn that into this week’s #ClarityGem, it’s very close to what I mean …
