It’s so easy to worry. Soooo easy! Anxiety, frustration, fear, obsession, and overwhelm tend to come as naturally to most humans as breathing.
Life can be different, of course. Here’s a little #ClarityGem to help you see how.

THIS WEEK, WE WANT YOU TO KNOW:
APPLY IT TO YOUR OWN LIFE:
We recently listened to an interview with well-known coach and speaker Michael Neill (and author of The Inside Out Revolution). Michael shared a story about a client he coached who was literally worth $100 million.
He said that every time they spoke, his client shared the same deep fear … that today might be the day that he lost all of it.
This is a heartbreaking example of a universal truth … that there is no external situation you can reach that will eliminate your fear, worry, and anxiety about the future.
We become slaves to our fears about the future, or our concerns about what we don’t have right now, and completely miss the fact that in so many ways (in fact, we’ll go far enough to say that in most ways) our lives are very much good right now.
It might not be possible to release every fear you have about the future, or the obsession about what you don’t have, or the anxiety about what you can’t control … but it is possible to acknowledge the ways in which your life is already fulfilling.
Wouldn’t it be a shame to be having a wonderful life & not even notice? – @michael_neill #ClarityGems

WHAT #CLARITYGEMS ARE ALL ABOUT:
Sometimes it’s just better to avoid long blog posts and cut straight to the point!
Think of #ClarityGems as your weekly shake of the good ‘ole Magic 8 Ball … you never know what might bubble up and how it might be exactly what you need to hear today.
And instead of just a beautiful, inspirational, and shareable image (which is a nice start), we’re giving you some quick thoughts about how to interpret it … because inspiration without action is pretty, but kind of anti-climatic.
Tweet it, share it on Instagram, or forward it along to someone who needs to hear it today … and tag us (@ClarityonFire) to let us know how this Gem is inspiring you!
Much Love,
Kristen + Rachel
