Dear Krachel: I love my job but hate my team. Should I quit?

Welcome to another episode of Dear Krachel, a monthly advice segment where we answer audience questions about life, career, relationships, existential angst, and anything that helps you become a more whole, fulfilled version of yourself.

On this episode, we’re answering questions from:

  • Alyx, whose favorite team member just quit, making her realize that she actually hates working with the rest of her co-workers. Is it crazy to want to quit a job she loves because she can’t stand who she works with?
  • Amber, who’s tried everything and can’t find a way to get what she wants (be a stay-at-home mom to her son). What do you do when you’re at the end of your rope, nothing has worked, and you don’t know what else to try?
  • April, who’s curious about how we became coaches, and wants to know if we’ve got any advice for people interested in getting into coaching (we totally do!).

After you’ve listened, leave us a comment below to let us know if our advice for these three ladies resonated with you, too.

One of our very best friends, fellow coaches, and former podcast guests, Joanna Platt (you’ll recognize her from the Emotional Constipation episode), is hosting a VERY affordable workshop in DC on Wednesday, August 15, from 7-8pm.

The Calm Your Inner Critic Workshop is for high achievers who constantly second-guess themselves, often feel self-doubt, and worry that they’re not good enough.

Joanna will be teaching you how to identify the voice of your inner critic and what to do to make it go away so that you can pursue the life, career, and relationships you want with confidence and ease.

Register now to figure out exactly what’s keeping you stuck and learn a simple, effective strategy you can implement right now to relieve the pressure you feel and get unstuck.

Early-bird tickets are only $27 and are available through August 5. After that, the price goes up a bit to $35 (either way, a STEAL for a high-quality workshop with a certified coach). If you’re free, we hope you’ll take advantage of this event!

Get tickets and more info about the workshop here.

I have so much to say and I feel Rachel and Kristen you both can relate????… I recently finished the 1:1 coaching with Kristen and it was literally life changing. I am a different person in the sense that I allow myself to be who I really am, unapologetically, with raw authenticity, and power. Your work and this podcast gets me so jazzed, alive, excited, and motivated to create my dream life it makes me cry happy tears randomly when I’m experiencing the joy that I would’ve been too emotionally constipated to experience. I am so greatfull for your work.
