Honing your intuition is one of the most important parts of getting clear on who you are, what you want, and where you’re headed. Without it, you’re like a GPS with bad reception — you’re not going to get very clear guidance, and you may end up driving in circles.
But honing your intuition can take time and practice, so sometimes it’s nice to piggyback off of another GPS you can trust, even if it’s just long enough to check your directions.
So, in that spirit, here’s another Message from the Universe episode for you! Tune in if you need a little clarity, guidance, or just a fun pick-me-up.
Today we pulled a few cards from our usual favorite, The Enchanted Map deck by Colette Baron-Reid. One or all has a message for you — come find out what it is!
We mixed things up and got … interesting results. You’re going to want to hear this one. 😉

Making a Choice:
You’re faced with a dilemma or a fork in the road and must make a conscious choice regarding the next right action. Whatever that choice is, you must take responsibility for it — yet you needn’t be afraid. You may not have all the answers right now, because the way ahead can’t be known until you’ve embarked and traveled a few steps. Trust your intuition. Ask for a sign from Spirit and you will be led to the right path. If you remain conscious and aware, your choice will be the right one at this time. Life is always about learning. Success lies in choosing consciously, guided by intuition and Spirit.
Golden Palace:
The Golden Palace card represents good fortune, ambitions fulfilled, wealth, and prosperity. It may also indicate emotional fulfillment, as perhaps you’re entering a time of happiness that’s long overdue. The message here is that self-worth isn’t measured by what you have, no matter how abundant your life is. Instead, it comes from what you are, how authentically you’re living your life, and how much love you’re willing to share. Granted, receiving this card does indicate material gain and a furthering of tangible rewards. But things come and go, and knowing your true value leads to even greater riches now. Share the wealth.
Deep Freeze:
The cold winter beckons you to slow down and put a “freeze” on things that are not yet ready to bloom. It’s time for regeneration and hibernation. Forgo ambitious activity. A “pregnant pause” allows ideas to gestate; projects to shift and change; and relationships to go through a dreamy state of being, not going anywhere–not needing to.
This is also a time to put all your arguments on ice. Nothing beneficial will come from any of them. Self-care is the most important activity now … so reflect, read a good book, or get a massage. Rest and dream.
Encouragement:
This card tells you that you’re being gently encouraged to step into your power, into the dream of your life. New things are out there to be explored, and the nurturing power of the universe is giving you a nudge in the right direction. You will get the help you need and won’t be alone in your quest. Every step you take right now is supported by the wisdom of the universe! You are on the right path … keep going.

Hello friends 🙂 this message from the universe, as well as the one prior to this, have both resonated deeply with me. For this reading I decided to use Rachel’s suggestion instead of the past/present/future framework I usually use. In that way this reading makes a ton of sense for me – in my professional life, in my romantic life, and in my “who I am now” life. I’m not surprised at all, and that damn #26 card continues to speak to me. However, of all the times it has graced us with its presence I feel like this time I’ve finally begun to embrace the message. I’m okay with pausing. Yes Rachel, you read that correctly: to my enneagram 7s out there, it is possible to just. slow. down. Also, I appreciate that Kristen pointed out how the card lines up with what is building to be yet another pandemic/COVID-variant/5th wave season: in other words, winter is coming.
